At FamilyBridge, we prioritize clear, consistent communication, so you always know what’s happening and what comes next.
After each scheduled visit, your family will receive a clear, easy-to-understand summary of our observations, practical matters that may deserve attention, and any recommended next steps.
We'll also provide a simple FamilyBridge status—Doing Well, Keep an Eye On, or Let's Talk—so your family can quickly understand how things appeared during our visit and whether anything may need additional attention.

Consultation Meeting
Getting started with FamilyBridge is simple. Our $50 consultation is an opportunity for you and your family to sit down with us, talk through your current situation, and identify where you may need support. During the consultation, we’ll learn more about your family’s needs, answer your questions, and explain how FamilyBridge can help you navigate the aging journey with greater clarity and confidence. There’s no pressure or commitment, just a conversation designed to help you understand your options and determine the best next steps for your family. If you decide FamilyBridge is right for your family, we will credit the $50 consultation toward your first month with us as a token of appreciation for your trust.

Together, our founders bring more than 35 years of experience working with older adults and their families, including backgrounds in hospice and home health. FamilyBridge Director of Family Services Kelley LeCroy is also a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS), bringing specialized training in helping older adults live more safely, comfortably, and independently in their homes.
